when once the master of the house has got up and shut the door, while you begin to say, as you stand outside and knock, ‘Sir, open the door for us.’ His answer will be — ‘I do not know where you come from.’

Después que el padre de familia se levantare, y cerrare la puerta, y comenzareis á estar fuera, y llamar á la puerta, diciendo: Señor, Señor, ábrenos; y respondiendo os dirá: No os conozco de dónde seáis.

Porque quando o chefe da casa se levantar, e fechar a porta, e se estiverdes de fora, e começardes a bater à porta, dizendo: Senhor, senhor, abre-nos! E respondendo ele, vos disser: Não vos conheço, nem sei de onde vós sois.

Uma vez que o dono da casa se levantar e fechar a porta, então vós ficareis de fora batendo na porta e dizendo: 'Senhor, Senhor, deixa-nos entrar!'. E Ele vos dirá: 'Eu não vos conheço e não sei de onde sois'.
