These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Father Leo mobile application ("the App") developed by Blocksize One UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Oberstr. 3, 47829 Krefeld, Germany. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Father Leo is a Bible reading and devotional application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Redistribute or republish the App's content without permission

Bible Content

The App includes Bible text from public domain translations including the King James Version (KJV), American Standard Version (ASV), and Open English Bible (OEB). These translations are in the public domain and freely available. Devotional content and study plan commentary are original works created for the App.

Subscriptions

Father Leo offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. By purchasing a subscription:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Free Trial

New users may receive a complimentary premium trial. When the trial expires, your account will revert to the free tier unless you purchase a subscription. No payment is required for the trial.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The devotional content is intended for personal spiritual enrichment and does not constitute professional counseling or theological advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blocksize One UG (haftungsbeschränkt) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you additionally benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
