it was not their own arm that brought them the victory. Yours was the hand and the arm, yours was the face that shone on them with favour.

Denn nicht durch ihr Schwert haben sie das Land in Besitz genommen, und nicht ihr Arm hat sie gerettet; sondern deine Rechte und dein Arm und das Licht deines Angesichts, weil du Wohlgefallen an ihnen hattest.

Porque no se apoderaron de la tierra por su espada, ni su brazo los libró; sino tu diestra, y tu brazo, y la luz de tu rostro, porque te complaciste en ellos.

Porque não conquistaram a terra pelas espadas deles, nem o braço deles os salvou; mas sim tua mão direita e o teu braço, e a luz de teu rosto; porque tu os favoreceste.
