On getting to the other side — the country of the Gadarenes — Jesus met two men who were possessed by demons, coming out of the tombs. They were so violent that no one was able to pass that way.

Und als er an das jenseitige Ufer gekommen war, in das Land der Gergesener, begegneten ihm zwei Besessene, die aus den Grüften hervorkamen, sehr wütend, so daß niemand jenes Weges vorbeizugehen vermochte.

Y como él hubo llegado en la otra ribera al país de los Gergesenos, le vinieron al encuentro dos endemoniados que salían de los sepulcros, fieros en gran manera, que nadie podía pasar por aquel camino.
