Denn gleichwie der Regen und der Schnee vom Himmel herabfällt und nicht dahin zurückkehrt, er habe denn die Erde getränkt und befruchtet und sie sprossen gemacht, und dem Säemann Samen gegeben und Brot dem Essenden:

Porque como desciende de los cielos la lluvia, y la nieve, y no vuelve allá, sino que harta la tierra, y la hace germinar y producir, y da simiente al que siembra, y pan al que come;

Porque tal como a chuva e a neve desce dos céus, e para lá não volta, mas rega a terra, e a faz produzir, brotar, e dar semente ao semeador, e pão ao que come;

Assim como a chuva e a neve caem do céu e não retornam para lá sem que reguem a terra, fazendo-a germinar e dar semente ao semeador e pão ao que come,
