Und ich warf mich vor Jehova nieder, wie zuerst, vierzig Tage und vierzig Nächte Brot aß ich nicht, und Wasser trank ich nicht, um all eurer Sünden willen, die ihr begangen hattet, indem ihr tatet, was übel war in den Augen Jehovas, ihn zu reizen.

Y postréme delante de Jehová, como antes, cuarenta días y cuarenta noches: no comí pan ni bebí agua, á causa de todo vuestro pecado que habíais cometido haciendo mal en ojos de Jehová para enojarlo.

E prostrei-me diante do SENHOR, como antes, quarenta dias e quarenta noites: não comi pão nem bebi água, por causa de todo vosso pecado que havíeis cometido fazendo mal aos olhos do SENHOR para irá-lo.

Novamente, prostrei-me diante de Yahweh por quarenta dias e quarenta noites. Não comi pão, nem bebi água, por causa de todo pecado que cometestes, fazendo aquilo que era mau aos olhos de Yahweh, provocando a Sua ira.
