So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood it defileth the land: and the land cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.

Und ihr sollt das Land nicht entweihen, in welchem ihr seid; denn das Blut, das entweiht das Land; und für das Land kann keine Sühnung getan werden wegen des Blutes, das darin vergossen worden, außer durch das Blut dessen, der es vergossen hat.

Y no contaminaréis la tierra donde estuviereis: porque esta sangre amancillará la tierra: y la tierra no será expiada de la sangre que fué derramada en ella, sino por la sangre del que la derramó.

E não contaminareis a terra onde estiverdes: porque este sangue profanará a terra: e a terra não será expiada do sangue que foi derramado nela, a não ser pelo sangue do que a derramou.

Não poluireis, desta maneira, a terra em que estais vivendo, porque o sangue de homicida polui a terra. Não fareis nenhuma expiação na terra quando sangue for derramado, a não ser pelo sangue daquele que o derramou.
