Und sie weigerten sich zu gehorchen, und gedachten nicht deiner Wunder, welche du an ihnen getan hattest; sie verhärteten ihren Nacken und setzten sich in ihrer Widerspenstigkeit ein Haupt, um zu ihrer Knechtschaft zurückzukehren. Du aber bist ein Gott der Vergebung, gnädig und barmherzig, langsam zum Zorn und groß an Güte, und du verließest sie nicht.
