Und es geschah, als Sanballat und Tobija und die Araber und die Ammoniter und die Asdoditer hörten, daß die Herstellung der Mauern Jerusalems zunahm, daß die Risse sich zu schließen begannen, da wurden sie sehr zornig.

Mas acaeció que oyendo Sanballat y Tobías, y los Arabes, y los Ammonitas, y los de Asdod, que los muros de Jerusalem eran reparados, porque ya los portillos comenzaban á cerrarse, encolerizáronse mucho;

E foi que, quando Sambalate e Tobias, e os árabes, os amonitas, e os de Asdode, ouviram que os muros de Jerusalém estavam sendo reparados, que as brechas já começavam a serem fechadas, eles ficaram muito irados.

Mas, quando Sambalate, Tobias, o árabe, os amonitas e os asdoditas ouviram que o trabalho de reparos dos muros de Jerusalém estava avançando e que os lugares quebrados no muro estavam sendo fechados, arderam-se em grande ira.
