And they were in the way going up to Jerusalem; and Jesus went before them: and they were amazed; and as they followed, they were afraid. And he took again the twelve, and began to tell them what things should happen unto him,

One day, when they were on their way, going up to Jerusalem, Jesus was walking in front of the apostles, who were filled with misgivings; while those who were following behind were alarmed. Gathering the Twelve around him once more, Jesus began to tell them what was about to happen to him.

Sie waren aber auf dem Wege hinauf nach Jerusalem, und Jesus ging vor ihnen her; und sie entsetzten sich und, indem sie nachfolgten, fürchteten sie sich. Und er nahm wiederum die Zwölfe zu sich und fing an, ihnen zu sagen, was ihm widerfahren sollte:

Y estaban en el camino subiendo á Jerusalem; y Jesús iba delante de ellos, y se espantaban, y le seguían con miedo: entonces volviendo á tomar á los doce aparte, les comenzó á decir las cosas que le habían de acontecer:

E iam pelo caminho, subindo para Jerusalém; e Jesus ia diante deles, e espantavam-se, e seguiam-no atemorizados. E voltando a tomar consigo aos doze, começou-lhes a dizer as coisas que lhe viriam a acontecer:

Eles estavam no caminho, subindo para Jerusalém, e Jesus ia à frente deles. Os que O seguiam estavam assustados e tinham medo. Jesus chamou os doze à parte novamente, e começou a dizer-lhes o que aconteceria a Ele em breve:
