And Gideon sent messengers throughout all mount Ephraim, saying, Come down against the Midianites, and take before them the waters unto Beth–barah and Jordan. Then all the men of Ephraim gathered themselves together, and took the waters unto Beth–barah and Jordan.

Und Gideon sandte Boten in das ganze Gebirge Ephraim und ließ sagen: Kommet herab, Midian entgegen, und nehmet ihnen die Gewässer bis Beth-Bara, und den Jordan! Da versammelten sich alle Männer von Ephraim und nahmen ihnen die Gewässer bis Beth-Bara und den Jordan.

Gedeón también envió mensajeros á todo el monte de Ephraim, diciendo: Descended al encuentro de los Madianitas, y tomadles las aguas hasta Beth-bara y el Jordán. Y juntos todos los hombres de Ephraim, tomaron las aguas de Beth-bara y el Jordán.

Gideão também enviou mensageiros a todo aquele monte de Efraim, dizendo: Descei ao encontro dos midianitas, e tomai-lhes as águas até Bete-Bara e o Jordão. E juntos todos os homens de Efraim, tomaram as águas de Bete-Bara e o Jordão.

Gideão enviou mensageiros por toda a região montanhosa de Efraim, dizendo: "Descei contra os midianitas e tomai o controle do rio Jordão, até Bete-Bara, para detê-los". Então, todos os homens de Efraim se juntaram e tomaram controle das águas até Bete-Bara, e do rio Jordão.
