Rufet Schützen herbei wider Babel, alle, die den Bogen spannen! Belagert es ringsum, niemand entrinne! Vergeltet ihm nach seinem Werke, tut ihm nach allem, was es getan hat; denn es hat vermessen gehandelt gegen Jehova, gegen den Heiligen Israels.

Haced juntar sobre Babilonia flecheros, á todos los que entesan arco; asentad campo sobre ella alrededor; no escape de ella ninguno: pagadle según su obra; conforme á todo lo que ella hizo, haced con ella: porque contra Jehová se ensoberbeció, contra el Santo de Israel.

Convocai contra a Babilônia os flecheiros, todos os que armam arcos; assentai o acampamento ao redor dela; ninguém escape dela, pagai-lhe conforme sua obra; conforme tudo o que ela fez, fazei-lhe; porque agiu arrogantemente contra o SENHOR, contra o Santo de Israel.

Convocai os arqueiros contra a Babilônia, todos aqueles que inclinam seus arcos. Acampai ao redor dela, e não deixeis que ninguém escape. Retribuí a ela pelo que tem feito. Fazei a ela na mesma proporção que ela fez, pois ela tem desafiado Yahweh, o único Santo de Israel.
