Wehe denen, welche nach Ägypten hinabziehen um Hilfe, auf Rosse sich stützen, und die ihr Vertrauen auf Wagen setzen, weil ihrer viele, und auf Reiter, weil sie zahlreich sind; und die auf den Heiligen Israels nicht schauen und nach Jehova nicht fragen!

¡AY de los que descienden á Egipto por ayuda, y confían en caballos; y su esperanza ponen en carros, porque son muchos, y en caballeros, porque son valientes; y no miraron al Santo de Israel, ni buscaron á Jehová!

Ai dos que descem ao Egito em busca de ajuda, e põem sua esperança em cavalos, e confiam em carruagens, por serem muitas, e em cavaleiros, por serem fortes; e não dão atenção ao Santo de Israel, nem buscam ao SENHOR.

Ai daqueles que descem para o Egito em busca de ajuda, que dependem de cavalos. Colocam sua confiança em carros, por serem muitos, e em cavaleiros, por serem incontáveis, mas não se preocupam com o Santo de Israel e não buscam Yahweh!
