Und wenn Männer sich streiten und stoßen ein schwangeres Weib, daß ihr die Frucht abgeht, und es geschieht kein Schaden, so soll er gewißlich an Geld gestraft werden, jenachdem der Mann des Weibes ihm auferlegen wird, und er soll es geben durch die Richter.

Si algunos riñeren, é hiriesen á mujer preñada, y ésta abortare, pero sin haber muerte, será penado conforme á lo que le impusiere el marido de la mujer y juzgaren los árbitros.

Se alguns brigarem, e ferissem a mulher grávida, e esta abortar, mas sem haver morte, será multado conforme o que lhe impuser o marido da mulher e julgarem os juízes.

Se homens lutarem e acabarem por machucar uma mulher grávida e esta chegar a perder seu bebê, não havendo outro dano a ela, certamente o culpado deverá indenizá-la se seu marido exigir, e pagará conforme o juiz determinar.
