Und es geschah in selbigen Tagen, als Mose groß geworden war, da ging er aus zu seinen Brüdern und sah ihren Lastarbeiten zu; und er sah einen ägyptischen Mann, der einen hebräischen Mann von seinen Brüdern schlug.

Y en aquellos días acaeció que, crecido ya Moisés, salió á sus hermanos, y vió sus cargas: y observó á un Egipcio que hería á uno de los Hebreos, sus hermanos.

E naqueles dias aconteceu que, crescido já Moisés, saiu a seus irmãos, e viu suas cargas: e observou a um egípcio que feria a um dos hebreus, seus irmãos.

Quando Moisés cresceu, ele foi até seu povo e observou seu penoso trabalho. Certo dia, ele viu um egípcio surrando um hebreu, alguém de seu próprio povo.
