Auch fürchten sie sich vor der Höhe, und Schrecknisse sind auf dem Wege; und der Mandelbaum steht in Blüte, und die Heuschrecke schleppt sich hin, und die Kaper ist wirkungslos. Denn der Mensch geht hin zu seinem ewigen Hause, und die Klagenden ziehen umher auf der Straße; -

Cuando también temerán de lo alto, y los tropezones en el camino; y florecerá el almendro, y se agravará la langosta, y perderáse el apetito: porque el hombre va á la casa de su siglo, y los endechadores andarán en derredor por la plaza:

Como também quando temerem as coisas altas, e houver espantos no caminho; e florescer a amendoeira, e o gafanhoto se tornar pesado, e acabar o apetite; porque o homem vai para sua casa eterna, e os que choram andarão ao redor da praça;

Chegará o tempo quando os homens terão medo de altura e de perigos nas estradas, quando a amendoeira florescer, quando os gafanhotos se arrastarem, e quando os desejos naturais falharem. Então, o homem irá para o lar eterno e os enlutados descerão pelas ruas.
