Wenn du Kinder und Kindeskinder zeugen wirst, und ihr eingelebt seid im Lande, und ihr euch verderbet und euch ein geschnitztes Bild machet, ein Gleichnis von irgend etwas, und tut, was böse ist in den Augen Jehovas, deines Gottes, ihn zu reizen:

Cuando hubiereis engendrado hijos y nietos, y hubiereis envejecido en la tierra, y os corrompiereis, é hiciereis escultura ó imagen de cualquier cosa, é hiciereis mal en ojos de Jehová vuestro Dios, para enojarlo;

Quando houverdes gerado filhos e netos, e houverdes envelhecido na terra, e vos corromperdes, e fizerdes escultura ou imagem de qualquer coisa, e fizerdes mal aos olhos do SENHOR vosso Deus, para irá-lo;

Quando vós gerardes filhos e os filhos dos vossos filhos, e, quando vós estiverdes na terra por um longo tempo, e, se vos corromperdes a vós mesmos e fizerdes uma figura esculpida na forma de algo, e fizerdes o que é mau aos olhos de Yahweh, vosso Deus, para provocá-lo à ira —
