Unto a stranger thou mayest lend upon usury; but unto thy brother thou shalt not lend upon usury: that the Lord thy God may bless thee in all that thou settest thine hand to in the land whither thou goest to possess it.

Do estrangeiro tomarás juros, mas de teu irmão não o tomarás, para que te abençoe o SENHOR teu Deus em toda obra de tuas mãos sobre a terra à qual entras para possuí-la.

Para o estrangeiro, poderás emprestar com juros; mas, para teu companheiro israelita, não emprestarás com juros, para que Yahweh, teu Deus, te abençoe em tudo que colocares tua mão, na terra que vais possuir.
