Und es versammelten sich die Satrapen, die Statthalter und die Landpfleger und die Räte des Königs; sie sahen diese Männer, daß das Feuer keine Macht über ihre Leiber gehabt hatte: das Haar ihres Hauptes war nicht versengt, und ihre Leibröcke waren nicht verändert, und der Geruch des Feuers war nicht an sie gekommen.

Y juntáronse los grandes, los gobernadores, los capitanes, y los del consejo del rey, para mirar estos varones, como el fuego no se enseñoreó de sus cuerpos, ni cabello de sus cabezas fué quemado, ni sus ropas se mudaron, ni olor de fuego había pasado por ellos.

E juntaram-se os sátrapas, os prefeitos, os governadores, e os conselheiros do rei, para olharem estes homens, como o fogo não havia causado efeito algum em seus corpos, nem o cabelo de seus cabeças fora queimado, nem suas capas se mudaram, nem cheiro de fogo passara por eles.

Os sátrapas, prefeitos, governadores e conselheiros do rei que estavam ali reunidos viram esses homens. O fogo não feriu seus corpos; os cabelos de suas cabeças não estavam chamuscados; suas vestes não foram prejudicadas e não havia cheiro de fumaça neles.
