I have sent among you the pestilence after the manner of Egypt: your young men have I slain with the sword, and have taken away your horses; and I have made the stink of your camps to come up unto your nostrils: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the Lord.

Ich habe die Pest unter euch gesandt in der Weise Ägyptens; ich habe eure Jünglinge mit dem Schwerte getötet, indem zugleich eure Rosse gefangen weggeführt wurden, und ich ließ den Gestank eurer Heerlager aufsteigen, und zwar in eure Nase. Dennoch seid ihr nicht bis zu mir umgekehrt, spricht Jehova.

Envié entre vosotros mortandad al modo que en Egipto: maté á cuchillo vuestros mancebos, con cautiverio de vuestros caballos; é hice subir el hedor de vuestros reales hasta vuestras narices: empero no os tornasteis á mí, dice Jehová.

Enviei entre vós a pestilência, à maneira do Egito; matei à espada vossos rapazes, e deixei que capturassem vossos cavalos; e fiz subir o mau cheiro de vossos exércitos até vossas narinas; contudo não vos convertestes a mim,diz o SENHOR.

"Eu enviei a praga sobre vós, como no Egito. Eu matei vossos jovens com a espada, arrastei vossos cavalos e fiz o mau cheiro dos vossos campos chegar a vossas narinas. No entanto, não vos voltastes para Mim", assim diz Yahweh.
