Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power:

To which end we also pray always for you, that our God may count you worthy of your calling, and fulfil every desire of goodness and every work of faith, with power;

With this in view, our constant prayer for you is that our God may count you worthy of the call that you have received, and by his power make perfect your delight in all goodness and the efforts that have resulted from your faith.

Weshalb wir auch allezeit für euch beten, auf daß unser Gott euch würdig erachte der Berufung und erfülle alles Wohlgefallen seiner Gütigkeit und das Werk des Glaubens in Kraft,

Por lo cual, asimismo oramos siempre por vosotros, que nuestro Dios os tenga por dignos de su vocación, é hincha de bondad todo buen intento, y toda obra de fe con potencia,

Por isso que também sempre rogamos por vós, que nosso Deus vos faça dignos do chamamento, e cumpra todo bom desejo e a obra da fé com poder.

Por causa disso, também oramos continuamente por vós, para que nosso Deus vos considere dignos do vosso chamado, e cumpra todo propósito de bondade e obra de fé com poder,
