Da verdorrte seine Hand, die er wider ihn ausgestreckt hatte, und er konnte sie nicht wieder an sich ziehen.

Y como el rey Jeroboam oyó la palabra del varón de Dios, que había clamado contra el altar de Beth-el, extendiendo su mano desde el altar, dijo: ¡Prendedle! Mas la mano que había extendido contra él, se le secó, que no la pudo tornar á sí.

E quando o rei Jeroboão ouviu a palavra do homem de Deus, que havia clamado contra o altar de Betel, estendendo sua mão desde o altar, disse: Prendei-lhe! Mas a mão que havia estendido contra ele, se lhe secou, que não a pôde voltar a si.

Quando o rei ouviu o que o homem de Deus falou, que ele havia gritado contra o altar de Betel, Jeroboão estendeu a mão sobre o altar, dizendo: "Prendei-o!" Então a mão que ele estendeu contra o homem secou, e ele não conseguiu recolhê-la para si mesmo.
